Weichai Power Co., Ltd. announced that Weichai Power (Luxembourg) Holding S.a.r.l., its wholly owned subsidiary, will acquire 4.95 percent of KION Holding 1 GmbH shares from Superlift Holding S.a r.l. for EUR 186.9 million.
