Supply chain: RAV4 HEV (manufactured in Japan)

The new Toyota RAV4 HEV launched in December 2025. It adopts "Arene," Toyota's first new software platform, and is equipped with the third-generation "Toyota Safety Sense" safety system. Production is decentralized across Japan, Canada, and China, depending on the market. MarkLines has recently added 120 supply data for the Japan-produced model.
While Toyota Group companies supply the hybrid ECU and digital instrument cluster (Denso), the steering wheel (Toyoda Gosei), and switches (Tokai Rika), the head-up display (HUD) is supplied by Nippon Seiki, and the brake ECU and other components are supplied by Panasonic Automotive Systems, indicating that suppliers outside the Toyota Group are also being utilized.
