Analysis of Chinese and European Supplier Involvements for the MG ZS Hybrid+

The MG brand, a passenger car manufacturer under the SAIC Motor Group, has achieved strong sales in the European market - particularly in the UK - with annual sales reaching approximately 85,000 units. One of its flagship models, the MG ZS Hybrid+, is a full hybrid vehicle in the B-segment SUV category and represents the second-generation MG ZS. It was launched in the UK in October 2024. Chinese suppliers play a significant role in the supply of key components, including the inverter for HV from Inovance Technology, the engine ECU from United Automotive Electronic Systems (UAES), and the corner radar from Huayu Automotive Systems.
