公司历程

1959年	Badischen Plastic-Werke投产从胶片到家居用品的各种塑料产品。此后，“Peguform”用作瓶盖及存储容器的品牌名称。
1972-73年	出售胶片生产部门后，开始接触汽车业。
1978年	Badischen Plastic-Werke改名为Peguform-Werke AG。
1982年	在Gittingen和Waldkirch建造新工厂，扩大业务。
1983年	母公司Pegulan AG将公司出售给BAT(British American Tobacco)。
1990年	Klockner-Werke AG收购Eurotec集团，吸收合并子公司Kautex AG和Waldkircher。收购斯柯达的主要供应商-捷克的Plastimat。
1996年	Eurotec-Systemteile GmbH与Peguform-Werke GmbH合并，由Peguform Bohemia (以前的Plastimat)、Peguform France、Peguform Iberica、德国的Peguform GmbH组成新的Peguform集团。为应对客户的全球化，在巴西(Peguform do Brasil)及墨西哥(Peguform/Hella)设立工厂。
1999年04月	归于在全球各地拥有生产基地的汽车系统供应商“Venture Holdings Trust”(美)旗下。
2000年05月	收购英国Luton的T&D Industries的汽车部门，成立新公司Peguform UK。与法国的Matra开展合资业务。
2001年	收购Mitras集团的汽车部门(在德国有2家工厂并在捷克有1家工厂)。
2005年	被美国的投资公司Cerberus收购。集团内的Peguform France及Peguform Bohemia与原来的母公司-Venture Industries Corporation一起成为美国系联邦投资资金(Barclays Capital、Credit Suisse First Boston、Harbert Distressed Investment Master Fund、Yucaipa Group)旗下的公司，并更名为Cadence Innovation LLC。
2008年03月	收购与中国汽车零部件供应商CAIP合资成立的长春派格汽车塑料技术有限公司(CPAT)的过半数股份。
2008年10月	Polytec Holding AG(奥地利)从Cerberus Capital Management L.P.(美)处收购该公司。
2009年08月	Pierer Knunz Group(奥地利)从Polytec Holding AG处收购该公司。
2011年	Samvardhana Motherson Group2011年11月23日获得公司80%的股份。
2014年04月	与Eissmann Automotive在斯洛伐克成立生产皮革产品的合资公司。
2015年07月	宣布将在匈牙利Kecskemet建设新工厂。
2015年07月	在德国Boetzingen的总部建设3,000平方米的新工厂。
2015年08月	宣布将在美国阿拉巴马州Tuscaloosa建设新工厂。
2018年	在匈牙利Kecskemet、美国Tuscaloosa建设新工厂。
2023年4月	完成对生产镀铬内外聚合物部件的Bolta US Ltd.全部资产的收购。
