1950年	成立Shiloh Tool & Die Manufacturing Company。生产夹具、模具。

2015年04月	与苏州三基铸造装备股份合资，在江苏省南通市开设铝铸造工厂。(该公司出资：55%)
2017年04月	宣布计划在该公司的美国Clarksville工厂生产配套于镁制汽车横梁或仪表盘的大型面板。
2020年11月	MiddleGround Capital宣布已收购Shiloh Industries, Inc.的多数股权。
