2008年12月	LS Mtron Ltd.(韩国)收购本公司50.5%股份，使公司成为其子公司。
2009年04月	中国无锡德尔福大星电子有限公司[Delphi Daesung Wuxi Electronics Co., Ltd.]成为公司全资子公司。公司名更名为无锡大星电子有限公司[Wuxi Daesung Electronics Co., Ltd.]。
2010年08月	从现代汽车集团的车灯配套厂IHL收购内饰车灯业务。
2010年12月	公司出售中国德尔福中央电气(上海)有限公司[Delphi Electrical Centers (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.]40.0%股份。
2011年01月	LS Mtron Ltd.(韩国)收购本公司49.5%股份、公司成为其全资子公司。
2012年03月	成立日本公司。 (DAESUNG ELECTRIC JAPAN Ltd.)
2012年12月	通过ASPICE CL 2认证。
2016年06月	通过ISO 27001(全球信息保护管理体系)认证。
2016年10月	更名为LS Automotive Co., Ltd.。
2016年11月	在墨西哥成立LS Automotive Mexico S.A de C.V.。
2017年08月	将汽车零部件业务转让给子公司LS Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.。
2018年01月	收购LS Automotive Technologies Wuxi Corp.的所有股份。
2018年02月	收购Sindaesung Electric Co., Ltd. (原LS Automotive Co., Ltd.)的汽车零部件业务。收购LS Automotive Qingdao Corp.的所有股份。收购LS AUTOMOTIVE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED的所有股份。
