公司历程

1857年	多功能锁厂商Arnold Kiekert成立。
1920年代	随着汽车的普及，公司集中精力开发和生产车锁系统。
1976年	收购专业车锁供应商Tack & Gabel Wuppertal，以扩大产品领域和客户基础。
1987年	Dr. Sterzenbach & Rau Vermogensverwaltungsgesellschaft通过MBO收购该公司。
1995年	通过发行股票筹资，并向墨西哥、美国等地进军，推动全球化。
1998年	美国底特律工厂投产车门模块和闩锁系统。
2000年	Kiekert Holding GmbH收购主要股东股份，并通过TOB收购了94%的股份。公司股票退出MDAX。
2004年	收购韩国汽车锁系统供应商Daeki Automotive 25.5%的股份。
2005年	扩建捷克子公司的工厂，并宣布计划将产能翻倍。
