1930年	公司名为Master Tire & Rubber Corp。1946年7月后改用现在的公司名。

2012年04月	收购总部位于美国密西根州的EDC Automotive LLC。
2013年07月	收购生产汽车用密封产品的Jyco Sealing Technologies。
2014年07月	子公司Cooper-Standard Automotive的汽车热交换/排气相关产品业务出售给汉拿伟世通空调（HVCC）。
2014年09月	华域汽车系统同意公司追加收购与华域汽车系统的合资公司申雅密封件47.5%的股份。
