Business Overview

-The Company is the global leader in the development of computer vision and machine learning, data analysis, localization and mapping for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving technologies. It is working with more than 50 OEMs worldwide on the implementation of its ADAS solutions.

-As of December 30, 2023, the Company's solutions had been installed in approximately 800 vehicle models worldwide, and its System-on-Chips (SoCs) had been deployed in approximately 170 million vehicles.

-In the year ending December 30, 2023, the Company shipped approximately 37.4 million EyeQ SoC and SuperVision systems, which increased from the previous years (approximately 33.7 million systems in 2022 and approximately 28.1 million systems in 2021). The EyeQ SoC sales represented approximately 89% of total sales in 2023, with the majority of the remainder of total sales attributed to the SuperVision product.

-The Company also faces indirect competitors from OEMs, such as Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, General Motors, NIO, Volvo Cars, Xpeng Motors, Huawei and Li Auto, who have or are developing their own in-house solutions for advanced ADAS software stack.

-The Autonomous Mobility-as-a-Service (AMaaS) competitors include Cruise, Motional, Waymo, Yandex, Zoox, Auto X, Baidu, Deeproute.ai, Didi Chuxing, Momenta, and WeRide. The consumer AV competitors include Sony and Tesla, who are developing self-driving vehicles for consumers.
