Investment

-The Company announced that it has opened a new, environmentally friendly Mexican wiring systems plant in the city of Merida. The plant in Merida is its third site for wiring systems in Mexico, which will serve customers headquartered in Asia and the US. subsidiary is recruiting about 2,600 people for the new location. The new location has a total production area of approximately 25,000 square meters. The Company already operates locations in Hermosillo and Durango, which produce wiring harnesses for commercial vehicles and passenger cars. (From a press release on November 30, 2017)

-The Company has officially opened its second wiring systems production in Kolomyia, Ukraine. Total investment in the buildings will amount to about EUR 20 million. The Company plans to hire up to 800 workers by 2017, which will increase up to 5,000 by 2021. The new plant will produce harnesses and wiring systems for the automotive industry, mainly supplying customers headquartered in Europe. The location has a total production area of currently about 6,500 square meters and will expand up to 25,000 square meters until the year 2020. The Company has already been operating a wiring systems plant in Ukraine, located in Stryi (Lviv region) since 2002. It is the largest plant for the Company in one building in the whole world.
