New subsidiary
-The Company announced that will establish a wholly owned subsidiary in Toyota City, Aichi, Japan. The subsidiary is named HASCO Vision Technology Japan Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of JPY 50 million. Product development
-Ambarella Inc. (Ambarella) announced that it has teamed up with HASCO Vision Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (HASCO Vision) and SAIC Group's IM Motors (Zhiji Motors in Chinese) to create a smart car lighting system that can sense the driving environment and achieve full- scenario adaptive lighting. 2021 Shanghai Motor Show
-The Company exhibited PML (Programmable Macro Language) programmable intelligent DLP (Digital Light Processing) headlights and taillights with ISC (short-circuit current) technology at the 2021 Shanghai Motor Show.
