On April 7, JAC Group announced the recent holding of a ceremony in Hefei, Anhui for the shipment of heavy-duty trucks (HDTs) for volume export to the Persian Gulf region.
JAC Group works closely with the Persian Gulf market on HDTs and other commercial vehicles, while forming long-term and stable partnerships with leading players in the local construction and municipal industries.

On March 26, JAC Group signed a memorandum of cooperation with Huawei Device Co., Ltd. (Huawei Device).
Leveraging the OpenHarmony-based HarmonyOS, the two parties will work together on scenario definition; experience design; and development of HarmonyOS-based native applications. They will comprehensively upgrade pan-terminal device information experience and create smarter mobility solutions for users.

On March 12, JAC Group announced on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) its plan for a CNY 6.5 billion capital increase in Volkswagen (Anhui) Automotive Co., Ltd. (VW Anhui) with VW China in equal proportion to their shareholding ratios.
JAC Group and VW China will contribute CNY 1.625 billion and CNY 4.875 billion, respectively, in cash. Upon completion of the related transaction, the two parties’ respective shareholding ratios will stay unchanged at 25% and 75%.
According to JAC Group, this capital increase will be conducive to further deepening its strategic partnership with VW China and enhancing VW Anhui’s comprehensive strength and anti-risk capability.
