1985	Wanan Group's parts sector, the Company's predecessor was established.
Jul. 2003	Shanghai Wanjie Auto Controlling System Co., Ltd.，the Company's subsidiary, was established.
2004	Anhui Vie Auto Parts Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, was established.
Oct. 2006	Beijing Gold Vie Automotive Electronics R & D Co., Ltd.，the Company's subsidiary, was established.
May 2007	Zhejiang Zhuji Wanbao Machine Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, was established.
Dec. 2007	Wanan Group restructured, thus, "Zhejiang VIE Science & Technology Co., Ltd." was established.
Oct. 2008	The Company's technology center has been designated as a nationally accredited technical center.
Jun. 2009	Anhui Shenglong Casting Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, was established.
Aug. 2009	Anhui Vie Auto Parts Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, started Phase II project.
Jan. 2010	"Nanjing University of Science and Technology - Vie Automobile Chassis Parts Joint Institute" opened in Nanjing.
Mar. 2010	Anhui Shenglong Casting Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, started Phase II project.
May 2010	Anhui Vie Auto Parts Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, started Phase Ⅲ project, newly added 15,000 square meters plant to establish production line with capacity of 150,000 sets of suspension system production line.
Jun. 2011	Listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Jan. 2012	Shannxi Vie Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, was established.
Aug. 2013	Zhejiang Bosheng Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, was established.
Apr. 2015	The Company established Fawer VIE Control System (Changchun) Co., Ltd. with Fawer Automotive Parts Limited Company in Changchun, Jilin Province.
Jun. 2015	Anhui Vie Auto Parts Co., Ltd., subsidiary of the Company, established a new subsidiary in Liuzhou, Guangxi. The new company is called Guangxi Vie Automotive Chassis Systems Co., Ltd.
May 2016	The Company established Haldex VIE (Shanghai) ElectroMechanical Brake Systems Co., Ltd. with Haldex Brake Products AB.
	The Company acquired 100% shares of Zhejiang Vie Pump-Manu Co., Ltd.
	The Company built a new R&D Center in Beijing. The center will develop and commercialize in steps advanced driving assistance systems, semi autonomous drive systems, and fully autonomous drive systems.
Jun. 2016	The Company acquired 10.36% of Protean shares for USD 20 million.
Jul. 2016	The Company establish Zhejiang Vie Zhiqu Science & Technology Co., Ltd. in Zhuji, Zhejiang with Protean Electric Limited.
	The Company's shares of Evatran increased from 11.72% to 16.14%.
	The Company established Zhejiang Vie Evatran Electronic Technologies Co., Ltd. with Evatran Group.
Apr. 2017	The Company opened a lab for making a study on new connected car standards.

Jun. 2019	The Company acquired 25% shares in Zhejiang Vie Evatran Electronic Technologies Co., Ltd. from Evatran Group, Inc., making Vie Evatran its wholly owned subsidiary.
Jul. 2020	The wholly owned subsidiary Zhejiang Vie Evatran Electronic Technologies Co., Ltd. was renamed Shanghai Wanji Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
