2007 | Opened a new production facility in Eisenach to expand the production of DPF for retrofitting. |
2010 | Acquired the Danish company Grundfos NoNOx A/S. which produces SCR systems for truck and bus diesel engines |
Sep. 2012 | Opened Faulquemont factory in France |
Jul. 2014 | Continental AG acquired 50% shares from GKN, making the Company a wholly-owned subsidiary and integrating into Continental's Powertrain Division. |
