Established YNS Inc. jointly with Nippon Seiki Co., Ltd.

Dec. 1986 Established JAY U-SHIN LTD. jointly with Jay Industries in India.
Feb. 1987 Established Using Shine Co., Ltd. jointly with Shinn Fu Corp. in Taiwan.
