Jul. 2002	The Company established Yancheng Sejong Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in China.
Sep. 2002	The Company listed on the Korean Stock Market.
Oct. 2002	The Company established Beijing Sejong Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in China.
Jun. 2003	The Company and ArvinMeritor jointly established ArvinMeritor Sejong (currently called Sejong Alabama) in Alabama, U.S.A.

Mar. 2007	The Company acquired 100 percent ownership in ArvinMeritor Sejong, making it its wholly owned subsidiary. The subsidiary thereafter adopted a new name, Sejong Alabama LLC.

Mar. 2009	Plant No.3 was completed at the headquarters in Ulsan City.
Apr. 2011	The Company established Taicang Sejong Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in China.
Apr. 2012	The Company established Sejong (China) Auto Parts Technology R&D Co., Ltd. in China.
Jul. 2013	The Company established Sichuan Sejong Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in China.
