Business Overview
-The Company is a European leader in manufacturing parts for the automotive industry, specializing in parts made from plastic injection.
-The Company provides its products in the areas of Powertrain, Air Vents, Interior & Car Body Trim, Opening systems, and Exterior Paint & Surfaces.
-On February 2023, the sales of the Company’s European Bezels and Clusters business to Grupo Manuel Champalimaud (GMC), dealt on November 29, 2022, has been concluded. The sold European Bezels and Clusters business has been renamed GLN Advanced Solutions. It has over 600 employees and owns 2 factories in Leiria and Vendas Novas (Portugal), and a technological and development center in Leiria. The Company will continue to operate in Portugal through its plant in Arouca that mainly produces interior trims for the OEM market. (From a press release dated March 9, 2023)
