-On February 2023, the sales of the Company’s European Bezels and Clusters business to Grupo Manuel Champalimaud (GMC), dealt on November 29, 2022, has been concluded. The sold European Bezels and Clusters business has been renamed GLN Advanced Solutions. It has over 600 employees and owns 2 factories in Leiria and Vendas Novas (Portugal), and a technological and development center in Leiria. Apr. 2022 Inaugurated new plant in Santa Ana, Sonora to manufacture automotive plastic components in Mexico.
