Sep. 1974 Kyungshin Industrial Co., Ltd. was established.
Oct. 1974 The Company began supply of wire harnesses for the Hyundai Pony.
Oct. 1984 The Company began production of wire harnesses for passenger cars at Gyeongju Plant.
Jul. 1997 The Company acquired ISO9001certification. (All wire harness plants)
Oct. 1997 The Company established Kyungshin Industrial Motherson Ltd. in India.
Jun. 1999 The Company acquired QS9000 certification. (Wire harness plant)
Jan. 2000 The Company established Kyungshin Cable Co., Ltd. as a spun-off company.
Mar. 2000 The Company set up a new plant in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do.
Jul. 2001 The Company acquired QS9000 certification. (All offices)
Jul. 2002 The Company established Qingdao Kyungshin Electronic Co., Ltd. in China.
Jun. 2003 The Company and Lear Corporation of the U.S.A. jointly established Honduras Electrical Distribution Systems, S. de R.L. de C.V. in Honduras. 
Aug. 2003 The Company set up a new plant in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do.
Feb. 2004 The Company established Lear-Kyungshin Sales and Engineering LLC in the U.S.A. as a joint venture with Lear Corporation of U.S.A.
