Oct. 1978 Tong Yang Chemical Co., Ltd. was established.
Dec. 1984 The Company moved its headquarters from Pusang to Yangsan.
Feb. 1988 The Company name was changed to HS Chemicals Co., Ltd.
Nov. 1988 The Company formed a technical alliance with Nichirin Co., Ltd. in the area of automotive hydraulic brake hoses.
Feb. 1991 The Company became a public-owned company.
Apr. 1991 The Company formed a technical alliance with Nichirin Co., Ltd. in the area of automotive power steering hoses.
May. 1991 The Company established its R&D center.
Feb. 1993 The Company formed a technical alliance with Nichirin Co., Ltd. in the area of automotive air conditioning hoses.
