Restructuring
-On April 17, 2025, the Company announced that Global Technologies, a global industrial holding company, acquired 100% of the Company from its previous owners including Equistone, Bpi France, and other minority shareholders. The acquisition provides the Company with additional resources from Global Technologies and will create new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
-On February 2023, the Company completed the sale of its European Bezels and Clusters business to Grupo Manuel Champalimaud (GMC). The sold business, now named GLN Advanced Solutions, has more than 600 employees and includes two plants and a technological and development center in Portugal. The Company will continue operations in Portugal through its plant in Arouca which produces interior trim.

-On April 17, 2025, Global Technologies, a global industrial holding company, completed the acquisition of the Company, acquiring 100% of its shares. Previously, the Company was owned by multiple shareholders, with Equistone Partners Europe being the Company’s largest shareholder and Bpifrance as the Company’s second largest shareholder.
