-On February 2023, the Company completed the sale of its European Bezels and Clusters business to Grupo Manuel Champalimaud (GMC). The sold business, now named GLN Advanced Solutions, has more than 600 employees and includes two plants and a technological and development center in Portugal. The Company will continue operations in Portugal through its plant in Arouca which produces interior trims.

Shareholders

-The Company is a subsidiary of Equistone Partners Europe, a mid-market private equity firm. In 2016, Equistone Partners Europe took a majority stake in the Company. Bpifrance is the Company’s second largest shareholder.

Feb. 2018	Opened a new plant, its third in Chihuahua and fifth in Mexico.
Sep. 2018	Opened its first production plant in North Africa, in Kenitra, Morocco
Jan. 2019	Acquired all of its joint venture (JV) company in Wuhan, China, buying the final 30% stake from JV partner Yazhong via its Chinese subsidiary Noveastern.
Feb. 2019	Acquired US company Miniature Precision Components (“MPC”).
Dec. 2019	Opened its first site in Russia, in Togliatti.
