Business Overview
-In April 2017, American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM) completed the acquisition process of Metaldyne Performance Group (MPG). As a result, MPG became a wholly owned subsidiary of AAM.
-The Company manufactures highly engineered metal components for powertrain, suspension and safety-critical applications in the light, commercial, and industrial vehicle markets.
Shareholders
The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of AAM since April 2017.
