Compression Division: The division is a market leader in performance components and systems and services for reciprocating compressors and gas flow control systems.
Automotive Division: The division is a leading supplier of components and systems for international passenger car and commercial vehicle OEMs and suppliers.
Rotary Business Unit: The business unit is a market leader for rotary unions and electrical slip rings.
Engine Business Unit: The business unit specializes in injectors, controls, and ignition systems for gaseous fuels.
Safety Business Unit: The business unit develops customized explosion protection solutions for industrial processing and power generation.

Shareholders

-The Company is a private entity. The Hoerbiger Foundation is the Company’s majority shareholder and controls the Company, holding 75% of the Company’s shares through a subsidiary. The Company’s remaining 25% of shares are held through an associated shareholding structure by family shareholder, Christiana Hoerbiger.
