Business Overview
-The Company is a manufacturer of die-cast, machined, and assembled products for the automotive industry, specializing in vertical and horizontal die-cast processes.

-In February 2025, Architect Equity, a private equity group, announced the acquisition of the Company from Koch Enterprises, Inc. Dec. 2005 | Started the construction of a new facility of Gibbs-Dalian Die Casting Ltd. in Dalian, China |
