Business Overview

-The Company is a Chinese supplier engaged in the development, production, and sale of consumer batteries (lithium batteries, small lithium-ion batteries) and drive batteries (general batteries and battery-systems for New Energy Vehicles and energy storage batteries).

-The company's drive batteries use ternary materials or lithium iron phosphate as the positive electrode material. They are mainly used in New Energy Vehicles, including passenger cars and commercial vehicles as well as construction equipment and electric-powered ships.

-As of the end of December 2023, more than 4.25 million of the company's 46-series large cylindrical batteries have been produced. The company has planned construction of facilities of over 50GWh production capacity in Shenyang, Chengdu, Hungary, and other locations to meet the needs of Chinese domestic and overseas customers.

Dec. 2001	Founded.
Oct. 2009	Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Jan. 2012	Completed the construction of Zhongkai headquarters Zone A of the lithium-ion battery production site.
Jun. 2015	Established the EVE new energy research institute.
Mar. 2016	Launched the high-performance lithium-ion power battery project.
Apr. 2018	Started operation of the 1.5GWhternary soft-pack battery project in Huizhou, Guangdong.
Mar. 2019	Its subsidiary EVE United Energy Co., Ltd. launched the 6GWh soft-pack power battery second-phase project.
