<Highlights>
-Column Installed Meter >>> Image
This innovative meter offers added value based on a new concept that enables the meter and the automotive electric distribution unit to be integrated. Thanks to a reduction in the number of wiring harnesses and a more simplified design, the weight was significantly reduced. This novel product is being installed on the Toyota Aygo.
-Pressfit Connector >>> Image
Due to technology that eliminates soldered connections, the size of this connector was significantly reduced, by 40%. Unlike conventional circuit boards that are soldered with terminals, this Pressfit Connector makes use of a simplified mating process that pressure welds the circuit boards and terminals. In addition, this process also reduced the number of work hours.

-Automotive Components
Fuel-level sensor
Pump-module designs were given more freedom with the reduction in size of fuel-level sensors. The Company made the walls 25% thinner and the overall weight 50% lighter compared to conventional sensors.>>Fuel-level sensor integrated into pump module)
Single-unit spiral cable and combination switch
The Company was able to reduce production costs, number of wires, and overall product weight by coupling the spiral cable with the combination switch. Also easier maintenance is possible with the easy-replacement snap fit lever. (Products samples for Nissan, Mitsubishi and Isuzu)
-EEDS (Electrical/Electronic Distribution System)
Optical connectors for MOST
The connector design incorporates a lens sleeve for improved coupling efficiency between the header and the female connectors. In addition, the compact design and small footprint mean less space is required on the PCB.
>>Technological Information
PCS optical physical layer
A high-speed optical network capable of transmitting un-compressed digital video data. And a high-speed fiber optic physical layer suitable for use in high-temperature environments such as the engine compartments and vehicles roofs.
>>Technological Information
Easy Dismantle JB
To facilitate dismantling the wire harness from the car body, the Company devised a special shape for the fixture apparatus of the junction block (JB).
>>Technological Information
IPDM (Intelligent Power Distribution Module)
-The number of wire harness circuits were significantly reduce through using a high-speed CAN-BUS system.
-The miniaturization by high-density loading of FUSE and RELAY.
>>Technological Information
Halogen free material
Conventional coverings of wire harnesses, namely PVC/PCB, generate health-hazardous dioxins when they are incinerated after being collected. As a countermeasure, the Company has developed a non-halogen material, with which it has replacing the conventional coating material, contributing to environmental protection.
