-Being separated from the accelerator pedal module, the actuator can also be retrofitted to the existing accelerator pedal. | ![]() |
-Under development -The system prevents too much pressure on the accelerator pedal when the vehicle is getting too close to the car ahead or it is approaching a sharp curve. It warns the driver by sending a vibration and giving a reaction force to push back the pedal. |

2005 Tokyo Motor Show
Reversing Wiper Motor >>>Technical Information
This built-in motor, which controls wiper movement, enables a wide range of wiper settings to be programmed.
-The wiping angle can be adjusted by selecting the wiper setting.
-The Company is scheduling to launch production at its manufacturing facilities outside Japan within fiscal year 2005.
Rear Wiper Motor >>Technical Information
After the Company reviewed the internal structure and design of the rear wiper motor, it added a high-density winding feature and installed highly efficient magnets. This motor is the most compact and lightest in its class in the world.
Starter Motor for Automobiles >>>Technical Information
The starter motor was made shorter in length by concentrically positioning the magnetic switch between the motor and the pinion gear. This solution improved the layout for installing the engine in addition to making the engine more compact, lighter in weight, and more powerful.
Power Window Motor >>>Technical Information
-World's lightest model -27 % = 400g. vs. current model
-High density winding was made possible by using a modified core.
-Coiling at the optimum position can eliminate some unnecessary space in the coil caused by fat winding, and could enable thicker winding by using the existing core diameter.
-These are being supplied mainly to Honda and Nissan
Power Tail Gate Drive Unit >>>Technical Information
-This drive unit is a solution that automatically opens and closes the power tail gate through the use of either a keyless remote or a hand-operated switch located behind the steering wheel. The built-in sensor along with an all-surface speed regulator prevent door pinching. As with previous models, the drive unit enables drivers to open the tail gate manually with an electromagnetic clutch. Also by adopting a rack and pinion mechanism, the Company was able to make this unit ultra thin and thus much easier to be installed without sacrificing any cabin interior space.
-This unit is being installed in the Honda Elysion and Odyssey models sold in the USA. The Company will produce slight less than 40,000 units.
Power Sliding Door Drive Unit & Control Unit >>>Technical Information
-This power system enables the the sliding door to be easily opened and shut with a single touch of a keyless switch, a switch located on the driver's seat, and a switch on the door handle. An all-surface speed regulator ensures the door glides smoothly, and a built-in sensor and a door touch-switch improve on preventing door-pinching.
-This is being Installed in the Honda Odyssey marketed in the USA and also the Nissan Serena.
-The Company produces these units in both the USA and Japan.
