R&D
- In
2007, the Company developed R33 door trims; new door panels, and new products
made of magnesium alloy. The total investment in these development projects
reached 14 million yuan.

investment
- In December 2007, Dongfeng Visteon Wuhan Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd. completed the majority of its facility expansion project at its plan in Wuhan. The 7.8 million yuan project will raise the facility's annual production capacity to where it can produce 300,000 trim products. The expansion included new production lines to handle injection molding, painting of instrument panels, parts assembly, and welding at an added 4,100-square meter facility. The aim of this construction project is to meet rising demand from Dongfeng-Peugeot-Citroen Automobile. Dongfeng Visteon Wuhan Automotive Trim Systems was jointly established by the Company, Visteon of the U.S., and Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Trim Systems in 2003. Its commercial productions started in 2005.
