<Highlights>
Multi-band Antenna
-In-vehicle multi-band antenna has been developed on the basis of film antenna technology applied to  wireless LAN.
-Multi-band antenna has been developed in response to needs to install an antenna in the cabin. 
Features
-Reductions in the antenna mounting area
-Coaxial cables used in common reduce weight of wiring
-Film antenna technology removes any rods and poles from the antenna assembly. The antenna can be installed in the dashboard sophisticatedly
-The film antenna with wide band reception for wireless LAN is suitable for laptop PC

-The first target will be the North American market, and then marketing will be expanded to Japan. 

Rolled Copper Foil for Lithium-ion Battery
-A rolled copper foil with high thickness precision and stable flatness, which is optimum to an automobile battery, has been developed on the basis of Hitachi Cable's experiences in consumer batteries.
-Manufacturing up to 6-35μ is possible.
-If a lithium ion battery is adopted as power source of a hybrid vehicle, demand for copper foils is expected to soar. Hitachi Cable has a high expectation of the product.
