R&D Activities
-In May 2016, the Company announced that it will develop wiper motor control systems jointly with the Toyohashi University of Technology. The team will work on the development based on various aspects including instinct and perception by which drivers and passengers may feel certain wiper movements and speed annoying. It will also aim to develop an energy-efficient system so that the technology will be practically applied for next-generation wipers. (From a press release on May 18, 2016)
