New subsidiary
-The Company announced that will establish a wholly owned subsidiary in Toyota City, Aichi, Japan. The subsidiary is named HASCO Vision Technology Japan Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of JPY 50 million. Product development
-Recently, Human Horizons Holdings Co., Ltd. (Human Horizons) released a programmable intelligent interactive headlight, and planned to lauch with the mass production model in July 2019. It is reported that this programmable intelligent interactive headlight is jointly developed by Human Horizons and Huayu Vision Technology (Shanghai) Co, Ltd.(HASCO Vision). It includes functions such as smart lights and intelligent projection, and can be continuously upgraded and iterated through programming, highlighting the characteristics of “smart”.
