Accept Cookie handling

*Before changing browser settings, please consult your internal IT department regarding your company's security policy.
*If you are uncertain about cookie settings and use any browser other than Internet Explorer, contact Customer Support Center(info@marklines.com).

  1. Open Internet Explorer and click the gear icon on the top right-hand corner, then click "Internet options."

  2. Click the "Privacy" tab, then the "Advanced" button.

  3. The "Advance Privacy Settings" dialog box will appear. Check the boxes next to "Override automatic cooking handling" and "Always allow session cookies", then click "OK".

  4. Click the "General Options" tab, and uncheck "Delete browsing history on exit."

  5. Click "OK" to close the "Internet Options" dialog box.
  6. Enable your individual ID. Your ID will be reset, and you should now be able to log in.
  7. If this problem persists, try Unlocking Protected Mode.

Unlock Protected Mode

  1. Open Internet Explorer and click the gear icon on the top right-hand corner, then click "Internet options."

  2. Click the "Security" tab, and uncheck "Enable Protected Mode."

  3. Click "OK" to close the "Internet Options" dialog box.
  4. Close all browser windows. Reopen Internet Explorer.
  5. Enable your individual ID. Your ID will be reset, and you should be able to log in.
  6. If this problem persists, please try Adding MarkLines to the Trusted Sites .

Add Marklines to the Trusted Sites

*Before changing browser settings, please consult your internal IT department regarding your company's security policy.

  1. Open Internet Explorer and click the gear icon on the top right-hand corner, then click "Internet options."

  2. Click the "Security" tab, then "Trusted sites," and then the "Sites" button.

  3. Enter http://www.marklines.com in the "Add this website to the zone:" box as shown below. Click the "Add" button, then uncheck the box next to "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone", then click the "Close" button.

  4. Click "OK" to close the "Internet Options" dialog box.
  5. Enable your individual ID. Your ID will be reset, and you should now be able to log in.
  6. If this problem persists, please consult your internal IT department regarding your company's network settings .

Check Your Company's Network Settings

*If you have tried all the procedures listed above, and still see the message "Your ID became invalid at your Computer," it may be due to your company's network settings. Please consult with your IT department.

 

Examples of settings that could affect registration / access:

-Your company doesn't allow employees to save their cookie settings.
-Your company is using "Thin client" and therefore cannot save cookies.
-Your company requires approval from the IT department to access external websites. If you do not have this permission, you cannot access external websites.
