Auto Guangzhou 2024 (the 22nd Guangzhou International Motor Show) was held from November 15 to 24, 2024, at the China Import & Export Fair Pazhou Complex in Pazhou, Guangzhou. According to an official announcement, a total of 853,000 people visited the motor show over the 10-day period. There were 1,171 vehicles exhibited, of which 512, or 43.7%, were NEVs (New Energy Vehicles: BEV, PHEV, FCEV). This report introduces some of the NEV models exhibited by Chinese OEMs.

BYD Auto Co., Ltd. (BYD) unveiled flagship models from its Denza brand, Yangwang brand, and the BYD brand Dynasty series, showcasing its wide range of products. Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Geely) had a diverse lineup of brands, and its Jiyue brand presented a robot car concept model in collaboration with Baidu, Inc. Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (GAC Group), which hosted the local event, unveiled models from each brand, including global strategic models and high-end MPVs.
