 New European models launched by PSA, Renault, Fiat, GM, Ford and Volvo in and after the fall of 2012 employed numerous advanced driving assistance systems using onboard camera and radar sensors. A number of models including small vehicles come with the autonomous emergency brake and the traffic sign recognition system. Other features which have been increasingly made available include the regenerative energy system, the start/stop system, the auto high beam assist, and the emergency call system.
