July retail sales volumes of passenger cars totaled 1.461 million units, reflecting a year-over-year (y/y) decrease of 20.9%.
New Energy Vehicles (NEVs)
In July, new energy passenger car retail sales volumes were 951,000 units, down 3.9% y/y.
