Canadian sales down 3.9% in April as high fuel costs, tariffs affect demand
On May 4, DesRosiers Automotive Consultants reported that Canadian vehicle sales in April of an estimated 178,000 units represented a 3.9% decline from the 186,000 units the previous April, as high fuel prices due to the Middle East conflict and tariffs continue to weigh on demand.
The SAAR for April came in at 1.83
