Fraunhofer EMI, Germany, develops X-Ray technology with PowerCo for real-time battery testing
On August 13, Fraunhofer Institute for High-Speed Dynamics, Ernst-Mach-Institut, (EMI) announced that it has developed a high-speed X-ray system that can show what happens inside large battery cells in real time. Together with PowerCo, the technology is being prepared for industrial use.
