GM-LGES Ultium Cells Warren plant restarts battery production after seven-month halt
On August 17, the GM-LGES Ultium Cells battery plant in Warren, Ohio will resume production after a seven-month shutdown. Tom Gallagher, Ultium VP of operations noted on August 12 that a majority of workers will return bringing total employment there to around 1,400.
