Mutares, Germany, to acquire lighting and rooftop systems businesses from Magna
On April 9, Mutares SE & Co. KGaA signed agreements to acquire two automotive supplier businesses from Magna, as part of its Automotive & Mobility segment. The transactions are expected to close in Q2 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
