Volkswagen Group Africa resumes production at Kariega plant
On January 12, Volkswagen Group Africa (VGWA) announced that most of its team has returned to work and production has officially resumed at Kariega plant, after the New Year’s holidays. The VWGA team produced over 159,000 vehicles in 2025.
