On May 7, Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (Geely Auto) announced a plan to acquire all issued shares of Zeekr Intelligent Technology Holding Limited (Zeekr), in which it currently has an approximately 65.7% share. Upon completion of the acquisition, the two companies will be fully merged.
