MarkLines attended a presentation on next-generation AI smart charging technology held at the Geely Global Safety Center in late September 2026.

At the presentation, the company addressed issues related to charging speed, safety, battery life, charging convenience, and other aspects of high-power fast charging for New Energy Vehicles (NEVs: BEVs, PHEVs, FCEVs), and introduced technologies such as the ShenDun Golden Brick ultra-short blade battery, 2.2MW-class ultra-fast charging, five-point liquid cooling, and AI-based temperature control. At the event, in addition to exhibits featuring batteries, charging equipment, and safety tests, there was also a live demonstration of AI smart charging using actual vehicles.

Geely also announced the new Galaxy E5 as the first model to feature AI smart charging. The company will promote the adoption of AI-powered smart charging and next-generation battery technology in production vehicles.
