Rivian 'on track' to launch affordable R2 in first half of 2026, CEO says
On February 20 during its Q4 earnings call, Rivian CEO RJ Scaringe confirmed that the company’s new R2 model is on track for launch in the first half of 2026 and will have a starting price around USD 45,000.
