Rivian discontinues least expensive R1T, R1S as R2 launches from Normal Plant

As of June 23, Rivian has discontinued selling the least expensive variants of its R1S SUV and R1T pickup, the Dual Standard models, which had smaller batteries and less range. The change comes as R2 customer deliveries ramp up. All three vehicles are built at the Normal Plant in Illinois.
