Malaysia-based AVEE Global renamed as Aapico Avee; business plans revealed by Proton
Announced on July 4, 2023, Advance Vehicle Engineering Global Sdn Bhd (AVEE Global) will be renamed as “Aapico Avee Sdn. Bhd.”, following the announcement of AAPICO Hitech PCL on June 26 regarding the acquisition (60%) of AVEE Global, a subsidiary of Malaysian carmaker Proton. Proton keeps a 40% share.
