Polestar announces JV with Xingji Meizu for operating system in China
On June 19, Polestar announced that a subsidiary of Polestar Automotive Holding UK PLC is entering into a joint venture (JV) with Xingji Meizu Group (“Xingji Meizu”). Polestar will own 49%, while the remaining is owned by Xingji Meizu. Xingji Meizu will also take responsibility for arranging the JV’s future financing....
