VW Mexico to pause Tiguan and Jetta production at Puebla plant in May
On April 26, Volkswagen's Mexico unit announced that it is planning production stoppages of two of its models in May due to ongoing global semiconductor shortages.
Volkswagen will suspend production of the Tiguan SUV from May 6-16, and the Jetta sedan from May 3-19 at its plant in Puebla, Mexico.
