Court of appeals delays GM and FCA meeting in racketeering lawsuit
The U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals temporarily stayed a court-ordered meeting between GM CEO Mary Barra and FCA NV CEO Mike Manley. On June 23, a U.S. District Judge ordered the two CEOs to meet in order to reach a resolution in regards to the racketeering lawsuit.
