Volkswagen may temporarily restructure Brazilian plants
As a response to the weakening of the Argentinean market, Volkswagen may temporarily layoff 1,400 employees working at its plant in Anchieta, Brazil, starting in January 2020.
This was confirmed by the San Bernardo do Campo workers union.
Those laid off would return to work in May or June.
