Supreme court of India bans sale of BS-IV vehicles from April 2020
On October 24, the Supreme Court of India has ordered a ban on sales of vehicles compliant with BS-IV emission norms in India with effect from April 1, 2020.
The decision, taken by a three-judge bench headed implies that only BS-VI compliant vehicles will be sold in the country starting 1st April 2020.
